Native to the coastal areas of Chile, Tilladsia Capillaris grows at varying altitudes from 0-2000m above sea level where its primary source of moisture is coastal fog. In its native habitat, this air plant tends to grow on the prines of large cacti, but lends itelf perfectly to mounting on bogwood, seashells of cork. It is also a great clump forming air plant that when hung upside down forms impressive tennis ball sized clumps.
