Our Services are directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older. What information do we collect?

Upon completing the sign-up process for the Services and base on your location, you must enable Shoppertise Payment account to accept online payments. For you to activate a Shoppertise Payment account (applicable only to Malaysian merchants), we may collect your business address, business nature, business registration number, bank account information and government identification information.
We need this information to create a Shoppertise Payment account for you, to provide you with Shoppertise Payment services, including fraud and risk monitoring, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We may collect Personal Information about your customers that you share with us or provided by your customers themselves during their shopping and/or checkout such as their name, email, shipping and billing address, payment details, phone number, IP address and device data.
We use this information to provide you with our Services and you can process orders and better serve your customers. The information is also used to support, authenticate and process payments.
Other use of your Personal Information
We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf. Therefore, we are required to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Unless we inform you otherwise, our agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we shared with them beyond what we deem necessary to assist us in performing such tasks.
We only will share your data with third parties for the purposes of meeting our commitment to you, for instance forwarding your address to shipping agents to deliver your order and perform identity checks.
Any content you upload to your public user profile, along with any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose online in a manner other users can view becomes publicly available, and can be collected and used by others. Your username may be displayed to other users and when you post comments or upload images through the Services, other users can contact you through such comments.
If you wish to make any payment on our site, you can pay through online bank transfer with any major banks via MOLPay or PayPal in a secure manner. To protect our customers' sensitive data, we work with trustable, reputable companies to provide a safe and shopping experience for you. When you confirm your payment, your bank account information will be transmitted through a secured connection to the international security standard Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We will not store your bank account information after the transaction is completed.
Your Personal Information will be retained for three (3) months from the date you notify us of your wish to limit or refrain us from using your personal data, and may be retained in either a physical or electronic format. Upon the expiry of the aforementioned period, your personal information shall be securely and permanently deleted from our database.
We may disclose your Personal Information when we believe in good faith that such disclose is necessary to comply with laws; enforce or apply our conditions of use and/or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Shoppertise, our employees, our users, or others.
As part of the products or services offered to you through our Service, the information you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside of Malaysia to which you hereby agree. For example, our server or service provider may be located in a country outside of Malaysia. If we transfer your information outside of Malaysia in this manner, we will take steps to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected. In addition, if you use our Service while you are outside of Malaysia, your information may be transferred outside of Malaysia in order to provide you with those services.
Your Personal Information may also be shared with a company that acquires our business, whether through merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganisation, or other similar transaction or proceeding.
What do we do with your Personal Information when you terminate your relationship with us?
We will continue to store archived copies of your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law.
We will continue to store anonymous or anonymised information, such as visits, without identifiers, in order to improve our Services.

We do not and will never share, disclose, sell, rent or otherwise provide personal information to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services.
How do we keep your Personal Information secure?
